Each airline's fare restrictions, policies, and procedures apply to all airline refunds and future credits. All non-refundable post-ticketing service costs are subject to change without notice. My Flights Portal, an ARC-accredited travel agency, adheres to industry standards and follows all applicable airline and supplier regulations. Our service fees, collected additional charges, and other applicable fees are in addition to those imposed by the airline. Only the final total amount will be charged. Taxes and levies imposed by the government are subject to change, but you will only be charged the total amount displayed at the time of final payment.
After 24 hours, most airline tickets, hotel reservations, vacation packages, and service fees are non-refundable. All cancellations must be made through telephone communication. We may consider refund requests only if the following conditions are met: You have requested a cancellation and refund with us, and the fare rules allow it; the applicable terms and conditions are satisfied; you are not a “no show” (as most “no show” bookings are ineligible for supplier waivers or refunds); and we are able to obtain necessary waivers from suppliers to process the requested cancellation and refund.
We work directly with suppliers such as airlines and hotels to draft waiver requests based on supplier rules and will inform you of their decision once received. Our service fees for the original flight or hotel booking are non-refundable. Please note that refunds depend entirely on supplier approval, and it may take some time for the amount to reflect on your bank statement after the supplier has processed it.
Generally, all vendors impose a refund penalty. From the time you submit your request to the time credit appears on your statement, it could take up to 60 days. Apart from the penalties imposed by airlines and other providers, My Flights Portal (an ARC-accredited agency) charges a non-refundable post-ticketing service fee, which is subject to change without notice. All refund-related fees are assessed per passenger and per ticket. These charges apply only if the supplier authorizes a refund or waiver, in accordance with their specific policies. Taxes and government levies remain subject to change, but you will only be charged the final displayed total.
If your flights are refundable, the following fees are in addition to any Airline Penalty imposed by the airline.
All cancellation requests must be made to the following email address: support@myflightsportal.com. For departures from Canada, cancellations made within 24 hours are not accepted. After tickets are issued, they are subject to airline rules. Non-refundable and non-changeable tickets may apply. There are no exceptions. Taxes and levies are calculated per person.
