These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.myflightsportal.com (the “Website”) and any booking, call, chat, email, or service interaction with My Flights Portal, Inc. (“My Flights Portal,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Website or purchasing services through it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or our services.

1) Definitions

For clarity, the following words have the meanings below:

  • “Website” means www.myflightsportal.com and all pages, tools, forms, and content offered on it.
  • “We,” “Us,” “Our,” “My Flights Portal,” means My Flights Portal, Inc.
  • “You,” “User,” “Traveler,” “Customer” means any person accessing the Website or purchasing/attempting to purchase services through it.
  • “Independent Online Travel Agency (OTA)” means a business that sells or facilitates travel reservations as an intermediary and is not the airline operating the flight.
  • “Airline” means the operating carrier and/or marketing carrier responsible for the flight.
  • “Supplier” means any third party that provides travel inventory, technology, or services, including GDS systems, wholesalers, consolidators, and ticketing partners.
  • “Consolidator / Ticketing Partner” means a supplier authorized to issue airline tickets through its ticketing arrangements.
  • “Booking” / “Reservation” means a travel request created through our Website, which may be pending, in process, or ticketed.
  • “Ticketed” / “Ticket Issued” / “E-ticket Issuance” means an airline ticket has been issued and an e-ticket number exists.
  • “Confirmation” means the booking is confirmed only after e-ticket issuance and delivery of the e-ticket number(s).
  • “Fare Rules” means the airline’s conditions for the fare purchased (refundability, change rules, penalties, no-show terms, baggage entitlements, etc.).
  • “Service Fee” means any fee charged by My Flights Portal for booking facilitation, assistance, servicing, or administrative handling, whether charged before booking, during checkout, or after booking.
  • “Airline Charges” means amounts charged by or on behalf of the airline for airfare, taxes, and airline-imposed fees.
  • “No-Show” means failure to board or travel on any flight segment as defined by the airline.
  • “Schedule Change” means airline-initiated changes to times, flight numbers, routing, aircraft, or cancellations.
  • “Chargeback/Dispute” means a payment dispute filed with a bank/card issuer/payment platform.

2) Our Status as an Independent OTA

My Flights Portal is an independent OTA. We are not owned, operated, sponsored, endorsed, or controlled by any airline. Airline names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification purposes.

3) What We Provide

We provide:

  • A platform to search and compare flight options
  • The ability to request bookings and complete checkout
  • Customer support for reservations made through our Website
  • Post-booking assistance for eligible changes/cancellations and other servicing requests, as permitted by fare rules and supplier policies

We do not:

  • Operate flights
  • Control airline schedules, delays, cancellations, baggage enforcement, seat decisions, or airport operations
  • Guarantee availability or price until ticket issuance

4) Real-Time Pricing and Availability

Fares and availability are dynamic and retrieved via supplier systems/APIs. You acknowledge that:

  • Fares may change before ticket issuance due to inventory, routing, taxes, and supplier updates
  • Displayed prices are not guaranteed until your booking is ticketed
  • A booking is confirmed only after e-ticket issuance and delivery of the e-ticket number(s)

5) Booking Process and Ticket Issuance

5.1 Booking Status

A booking may be in one of these states:

  • Requested / Pending: information received but not accepted by supplier/airline
  • In Process: being verified and/or submitted for ticket issuance
  • Ticketed: e-ticket number(s) issued
  • Cancelled / Failed: not ticketed or voided, subject to rules and processing outcomes

5.2 Ticketing Through Suppliers

Ticket issuance may be fulfilled through consolidators/ticketing partners. Ticketing may depend on:

  • Payment authorization and verification
  • Real-time fare and seat availability
  • Supplier/airline acceptance

5.3 Verification and Security Checks

We may require verification steps to protect customers and prevent fraud. If verification is not completed or fails, the booking may be cancelled or not ticketed.

6) Pricing, Taxes, Fees, and Service Fees

6.1 What the Total Price May Include

  • Airfare
  • Government taxes and airport fees
  • Airline-imposed surcharges
  • Our Service Fee (if applicable and disclosed)

6.2 Service Fees

Any Service Fee charged by My Flights Portal, whether before booking, during checkout, or after booking, is non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise in writing at the time the fee is charged.

Service Fees are separate from Airline Charges and airline penalties.

6.3 Currency and Bank Charges

If your bank applies currency conversion or foreign transaction fees, those are charged by your bank and are not refundable by My Flights Portal.

7) Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds

7.1 Governing Rules

All changes, cancellations, and refunds are governed by Fare Rules, supplier policies, and applicable regulations.

7.2 Change Requests

If Fare Rules permit a change, costs may include:

  • Airline change penalty
  • Fare difference
  • Taxes/fees difference
  • Supplier fees (if any)
  • Our Service Fee (if any, disclosed at the time of request)

7.3 Cancellation and Refund Requests

If a refund is permitted and approved, the amount may be reduced by:

  • Airline cancellation penalties
  • No-show penalties
  • Supplier fees
  • Fare-rule deductions

Refund timing depends on airline/supplier processing and your bank/card issuer.

8) No-Show, Missed Flights, and Missed Connections

If you are a no-show for any segment, the airline may cancel remaining segments (including return flights) and apply penalties or void the ticket value, depending on Fare Rules. We are not responsible for airline no-show outcomes.

For connections, airlines determine re-accommodation eligibility based on ticket conditions and whether segments are on the same ticket.

9) Schedule Changes, Disruptions, and Airline Decisions

Airlines control schedule changes, delays, cancellations, re-routing, and re-accommodation. We may assist with requests where permitted, but available options and refund/credit eligibility are determined by the airline and supplier policies.

If you accept alternative flights or credit, refund eligibility may change under airline terms.

10) Baggage, Seats, and Special Services

Baggage allowances, fees, and enforcement are determined by the operating airline and Fare Rules. Seat assignments and special service requests (meals, wheelchairs, pets, unaccompanied minors, sports items) are subject to airline approval and may involve additional charges.

11) Travel Documents and Entry Requirements

You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required travel documents and meeting entry/transit requirements, including passports, visas, transit permissions, health documents, and vaccination requirements. We are not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to documentation issues.

12) Payments, Authorization, and Fraud Prevention

We use payment authorization and fraud-prevention measures. We may cancel or refuse service if we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, prohibited activity, or policy violation.

We do not guarantee ticket issuance until the supplier/airline accepts and issues the e-ticket.

13) Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback/dispute:

  • Servicing may be paused while the dispute is open
  • Airlines/suppliers may pause refunds during disputes
  • Additional documentation may be required to resolve the matter
  • You may be required to provide confirmation that the dispute is closed before further processing

14) Communications and Recordkeeping

You consent to receive communications related to bookings and service requests. Where permitted by law, calls/chats may be monitored or recorded for training, quality assurance, security, and dispute resolution.

15) Customer Support Operations

To provide coverage, some customer support and back-office operations may be handled by trained teams, including offshore support operated by Sky Rebate Travels Pvt Ltd (www.skyrebate.com) under confidentiality and secure handling guidelines defined by My Flights Portal.

16) Privacy, Cookies, and Advertising

Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, GDPR Compliance Policy, and CCPA/CPRA Policy.

17) Website Use Rules

You agree not to:

  • Use the Website for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to scrape, hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Website
  • Provide false information, fraudulent payment methods, or forged documents
  • Abuse, threaten, or harass staff

We may refuse service or restrict access for violations.

18) Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
  • We disclaim warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or fare availability until ticketed.

19) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Flights Portal is not liable for:

  • Airline operational decisions, delays, cancellations, schedule changes, missed connections
  • Losses due to documentation/entry requirement issues
  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

If liability is imposed despite these Terms, our total liability will be limited to the Service Fees paid to My Flights Portal for the specific transaction at issue, except where such limitation is not permitted by law.

20) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless My Flights Portal, its affiliates, and employees from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Website, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.

21) Intellectual Property

All Website content and materials are owned by or licensed to My Flights Portal and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy or distribute without written permission.

22) Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Unless prohibited by law, disputes will be handled in state or federal courts located in New York.

23) Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay due to events beyond reasonable control, including airline actions, weather, government actions, labor disruptions, system outages, or internet failures.

24) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The updated version will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

25) Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
