This Changes & Cancellation Policy explains the rules and process for modifying or canceling reservations made through www.myflightsportal.com. It applies to all bookings made with My Flights Portal, Inc. (“My Flights Portal,” “we,” “us,” “our”).
My Flights Portal is an independent Online Travel Agency (OTA) and acts as an intermediary between the traveler and the airline/supplier. All change/cancellation eligibility, penalties, and approvals are determined by the airline’s fare rules and supplier policies.
Ticket issuance may be fulfilled through airline consolidators and ticketing partners, and servicing may be subject to supplier acceptance and processing timelines.
For certain itineraries involving travel to, from, or within the United States, a 24-hour cancellation option may apply when the booking is made at least 7 days before departure, subject to applicable rules and eligibility.
If your booking qualifies, you may be able to cancel within 24 hours of purchase for a refund of the airfare and mandatory taxes/fees.
Any service fee charged by My Flights Portal is non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

If the airline changes your schedule, cancels a flight, or there is irregular operation (delay/cancellation/re-routing), the airline controls the available options, which may include:
My Flights Portal can assist with submitting requests and explaining available options, but the final decision remains with the airline/supplier.
If you miss your flight (“no-show”), airlines may:
No-show cases are generally not eligible for refunds unless fare rules or law allow it.
If your itinerary includes multiple airlines (including codeshare flights), the most restrictive fare rule may apply. Changes and cancellations can be more limited and may require coordination between carriers and suppliers.
Requests are handled based on fare rules, supplier processing, and airline response times.
If a change requires re-issuance, the booking is confirmed only after the updated e-ticket is issued and delivered.
