We operate as an independent Online Travel Agency (OTA) and facilitate bookings between travelers and airlines/suppliers. Airline rules apply to all tickets, and no booking is considered confirmed until an e-ticket is issued.

Real-Time Fares & Availability

Fares shown on www.myflightsportal.com are typically retrieved in real time via supplier systems/APIs. Because airline inventory changes frequently, prices can change at any time before ticket issuance due to:

  • Live inventory updates
  • Taxes and surcharges
  • Routing and fare rule updates
  • Demand and availability changes

The final price and fare conditions are presented during checkout before you submit payment.

Payments & Charges

To complete ticketing, payment must be successfully authorized and accepted by the supplier/airline systems.

In some cases:

  • Charges may appear as split transactions (more than one charge for the same booking).
  • Split charges do not increase the final total—the combined charges will match your quoted/checkout amount.

Payments are processed through authorized payment gateways and secured environments.

Step-by-Step Ticketing Timeline

Step 1 — Search & Select

Search flights on our website and select your itinerary. Prices are displayed dynamically based on supplier/airline inventory.

Step 2 — Enter Passenger Details

You submit traveler information. Passenger names must match government-issued ID/passport exactly. Errors can lead to airline restrictions, reissue costs, or denial of travel.

Step 3 — Checkout & Payment Authorization

You review the final price, key fare conditions, and submit payment. Some bookings may require additional verification to protect customers and prevent fraud.

Step 4 — Supplier Processing & Ticket Issuance

Your booking is submitted for issuance through our airline suppliers, including consolidators and ticketing partners, subject to:

  • Real-time fare availability
  • Payment authorization/verification
  • Supplier/airline acceptance

If the airline/supplier cannot confirm issuance, the reservation may remain pending, change status, or be cancelled according to fare rules and system outcomes.

Step 5 — E-Ticket Delivery

Once issued, your e-ticket number(s) are delivered to the email address provided at checkout. Your booking is considered confirmed only after e-ticket issuance.

What “Confirmed” Means

A booking is confirmed when:

  • An airline e-ticket number exists, and
  • The ticket is successfully issued through supplier/airline systems

A booking reference alone does not guarantee issuance until ticketing is completed.

  • Airline-controlled rules: Refunds, changes, penalties, baggage rules, and operational decisions are determined by the airline’s fare rules.

Post-Ticketing Support

After ticket issuance, requests such as changes, cancellations, refunds/credits, name corrections, or schedule-change assistance are handled according to airline fare rules and supplier policies. If a service fee applies for post-ticketing assistance, it is disclosed at the time of the request.
