As an ARC-accredited travel agency, myflightsportal.com follows strict verification and security standards to protect our customers and prevent unauthorized transactions. Due to the increased number of fraudulent activities in the travel industry, our fraud prevention team may require you to complete a payment authorization form and send it to us along with a copy of your government-issued photo ID and the front and back of your credit card. You may hide the first twelve digits on the card for your safety, take a clear photo, and email it to us at support@myflightsportal.com.

In certain cases, such as when a third-party payment is made (the cardholder is not one of the passengers), the travel destination is considered high-risk (locations where multiple fraudulent transactions have previously occurred), the card used is billed outside the United States, or the departure is scheduled within the next 30 days, we may request the above-mentioned verification documents. This step helps us ensure transaction legitimacy and compliance with ARC-accredited agency guidelines.

Please be assured that as an ARC-certified agency, we maintain the highest standards of data protection and confidentiality. Once all submitted documents have been verified and authenticated, they are securely deleted from our system. We never disclose or share any personal information except with relevant suppliers and airlines as required to complete your booking in accordance with ARC and data protection regulations.
