Why Verification May Be Required

Due to the rising number of fraudulent transactions in the travel industry, our Fraud Prevention Team may occasionally request additional verification documents to confirm the authenticity of a payment.

This verification may be required in the following situations:

• The cardholder is not one of the passengers (third-party payment).
• The travel destination is identified as high-risk, based on past fraudulent activity.
• The credit card billing address is outside the United States.
• The departure date is within 30 days of booking.

These steps help us ensure transaction legitimacy and maintain compliance with ARC (Airlines Reporting Corporation) security standards.

Required Documents for Verification

If additional verification is needed, we may ask you to provide:

• A completed Payment Authorization Form (provided by our team).
• A copy of your government-issued photo ID (such as a passport or driver’s license).
• A photo of the front and back of your credit card used for the purchase.

For your safety, you may conceal the first twelve digits of your card number before sending.

All documents should be sent securely to support@myflightsportal.com for verification.

Data Protection and Confidentiality

We value your privacy. All information and documents you submit are handled with strict confidentiality and are used only for payment verification purposes.

Once your verification is completed and authenticated, all submitted materials are securely deleted from our systems.

We do not share or disclose any personal or financial information with third parties, except with relevant suppliers and airlines as required to finalize your booking. Our procedures fully comply with ARC accreditation and applicable data protection regulations.
